Consultancy for which PWSC reviewed optimisation studies for a major Nepalese multipurpose scheme.
In 1989 PWSC reviewed a report on optimisation of the 12,000 MW Chisapani multi-purpose scheme in Nepal for a World Bank project review panel. Acting for PACON, PWSC assessed the modelling approach, optimisation results and economic conclusions, providing independent expert commentary on this very large hydropower and water resources proposal.
